If I am not mistaken should be drop in terms of price.. Cause since the day i bought till now, price went down like around 500 bucks... Not too sure how low it will go....

nikon or the sigma better?

not all nikon better, i think the question jyhy ask is about 50mm f/1.4g, sigmalux is very widely known to be an excellent lens compared to even nikon's, but i dunno why so the pros can explain please? lol..

and btw, don't simply say nikon better ler if you don't know, ok?

google then u know which 1 is sharper.

the sigma retail price is much higher than the nikkor 1 .

ongdandy, who says Sigmalux 50mm f1.4 is cheap it's more expensive that the nikon, around 2.1k.

Some people prefer sigma 50mm f1.4 because it has bigger front element than nikon's (bigger filter size) and less CA or distortion i forgot. General_nic owns this awesome lens =D

Nikon is better, in SOME cases, not ALL. Don't keep misleading ppl by one liners >.<
