when use the 18-105.. be a bit careful with the mounting. cause i have a fren who get D90 kit set. the 18-105 mounting is breaking off in middle of shooting. not sure if he knock it or what. but it does break off.

the 70-300 is longer, and has metal mount. i compare it side by side in shop. 70-300 is much heavier than 18-105..

buy first. think later..

don't need to be nikon. prefer those big big sheet i cut myself..

i already got 2 SB900 already,
one set of the colour gel, is curly already after i use M 1/1.

so i am looking for replacement now.


weirdo88: not trying to push u to buy.
i got my first SB900 when i got my D3000 due to it's sucks high ISO performance, a lot of noise. so i have to shoot with iso 100/200 mostly.
that time i also in trouble, camera only RM 1.8K , but flash alone i spend RM 1650 on it...i also take sometime to think about it.
but after really consider, i knew that SB900 can perform a lot function than SB600, it has complete accessories, and it is more powerful. able to bend the head 180 degree to both side (SB800 only can do 90 degree on right). and SB900 has fast cycle time..
so i think, heck i can just buy and if i don't like i can sell it off. but after i get it. i really really no regret. it is so good.
and eventually i head out to get a second unit of SB900 before i even consider to upgrade my D3000 to D90.

after i get D90, that using cmos (similar to D5000) i lagi more impress by the SB900.
but u have to really consider because the SB900 is FREAKING HUGE!!!!

the new camera, i think come out oso won't be cheap loh..
since d90 baru just drop price. price : performance ratio wise, i think D90 still highest.

that's why i don't wait already. i get D90 at the point it is cheapest, while it got all function i wanted. unless they are going to come out d90 replacement with the same body price (RM 2450) with more function.. but i highly doubt about it. and i think the new D90 replacement if come out oso, it's price will be very weired, because the camera + kitlens price will be close to D300s body price.

then if i wanna spend more on camera, i won't wanna get D90 replacement already. terus safe up for D300s or D700.

i also think that. because they clearing D90 at cheaper price. means they going to release a model in between price point of current D90 VS current D300s price.

yes it is taken with SB900. but not taken with complete dark room
but i increase the shutter speed to 1/150 to get the dark effect.
