There are actually few Pros and Cons for both of the SpeedLite..
Zoom Flash between the both are, Nikon SB600 covers from 18-85mm while the Nissin Di622 covers from 18-105mm
Recycling power under full flash(1/1), Nikon SB600 rated at 2~3 seconds while the Nissin Di622 rated at 8~9 seconds
Flash power definitely Nissin Di622 is higher
Power consumption on Di622 is higher(Dry your AA battery faster)
Nikon SB600 have LCD panel for advance settings while Nissin Di622 only has basic TTL or Manual Flash control
Nikon SB600 supports Nikon CLS    while the Nissin Di622 only supports off camera flash trigger with Manual Flash control
Nikon SB600 fells more solid comparing to Di622
Nissin Di622 have a built-in bounce card while the Nikon SB600 doesn't have 
Nissin Di622 have a plastic hotshoe with screw tight mount which in my case, my fren broke it when i borrow him and it's an accident cause someone bump into him and the camera fell off to the floor while the Nikon SB600 have a metal hotshoe with a lock switch mount

This is all i can say about both the flash.. Anyone has more to say or correct what i wrote about both the SpeedLite are welcome..

but since u r on DX (as most of us does) & considering d crop factor, AF-S 35mm f/1.8G is ur best choice. (35 x 1.5 = 52.5)
