Boustead Properties, the developer of the Mutiara Damansara township in Petaling Jaya is planning a mixed development called NUCLEUS on a 10-acre site at its main commercial centre next to The Curve shopping mall.

Nucleus will have a floor area of about 1.4 million sq ft comprising corporate offices, serviced apartments, SOHO and retail outlets housed in eight blocks of high-rise buildings and one low-rise.



I think preliminary ground works has started?? Can't confirm.

But don't be despair when Surian Residences have its ballot tomorrow (July 3, 2010)

along LDP exactly where the big wording MUTIARA DAMANSARA is..... used to be a lalang field.... btw there's still alot of land around the vicinity... but mostly commercial !

estimation on the psf price is better. there is a huge difference between
RM550k for 2000sf unit / RM550k for 400sf unit.

developer is deciding on the price and will be launch next year

surian is already in the region of 550+psf and above..future development would possible by in the 600psf era..

expected to be expensive because the concept is gonna be one-of-its-kind.....

I'm gonna go on a limb here and say they will be launching at upper 600s to low 700s psf. What more when its only going to be launched next year. Just my 2 cents

the developer is waiting for this DAMANSARA area to reach 1,000 psf arhhh ??

Surian Condo very nice. I like it personally because of the environment. So far Mutiara Damansara all freehold right?

If i'm not mistaken, most of it are leasehold.. except Surian..

@ streetkid, whole Mutiara (as I know) is Freehold.. or I should ask, is there Leasehold development in Mutiara? would like to know..

DP lease hold coz last time was orang asli land.

where is this nucleus development? is it across the road from PETRONAS? or across reflection residence? saw the land has been quadrant off.

If I'm not mistaken, the location is just right opposite of reflection residences. Few years back, heard the developer intends to develop this vacant land similar to Solaris Dutamas concept. However, the project stalled for quite sometimes & I didn't hear any good news fr it. Appreciate if someone can shed some light of this project?

if it is right opposite reflection then the land belongs to Boustead Properties Bhd. It is a huge land. Unless Boustead sold it to others.

What is the price for reflection now?

not sure the price now and not sure also if there is any unit left..but in 2012 the cheapest was circa. 730 psf (before discount) for the lowest level i.e. level 6 and it was facing damansara perdana. Facing curve and mutiara damansara had a RM 50 K premium. units semi furnished as per the brochure attached...

Really! Eversendai is a reputable engineering and construction company. Perhaps they want to build their own tower as currently they are located in Mudajaya building? interesting....

Left only 1287 and 1100. Price increased several times. Dont know the current price.

thks. i thought the smaller units were popular sizes, wonder why these were not taken.

Many bought for own stay plus the 1700 sq feet units were limited.
