this f/h 8-acre development is located besides the villa pavillion and behind tpm. there will be a pedestrian access to tpm which is a short walking distance away. its listed as condo not service apt so the won't be any shoplots. just like villa pavillion, there is no direct access from the h/w but one has to pass thru the light industrial factories.

the sanderson comprises of 3 blocks with similar types n sizes contained in each block. total units = 376.
block A: 19-storey type A b/u 1400sf
block B: 16-storey type B b/u 900sf
block C: 5-storey type C: b/u 1400sf n 1600sf

there r also penthouses available with b/u of 3370sf.

price starts from an affordable rm220k or rm245 psf for the 3-bedroom 900 sf unit.

expected to launch in sep 2010

I think Villapark is condo, Villa Pavilion is apartment..

Both equally affected bcos Villa Pavilion 1000sqft subsales, some are asking for RM200k.... With this new development at this price, buyers will think twice blink.gif

but this is more expensive which is RM245psf right? i wonder how they can build pedestrian walk way up to TPM coz TPM has it's own perimeter.

For 1st timer... sure get lost on the way thru bukit serdang.. bcos have to pass by those small industry area tongue.gif .. Access road to bukit serdang abit bottle neck..

Open even before V.Pavilion VPed... but, still need to go thru few roads before reaching there..

The new road is more convenient for V.Pavilion, not so for V.Park or Sanderson.....

The location is rather deep n dead end. Industrial areas pass thru along the access road. The price per sq ft surely is at high side compared to nearby condo... not really attractive sad.gif
