may i know this policy applied in SEA bnet server?

because im planing to get SC2. but if i need to play monthly subscription to bnet, sorry and no thank, blizzard...

is not only brazil, currently there are 3 countries needed to pay monthly fee
there are russia, brazil and australia.

does australian speak english???

Edit: ok, im taking atm SEA not doesn't need to pay monthly fee, at least for the time being.
