cilaka play-asia just cancelled my CE order, said they don't have enough stock to fulfill my orders

Wondering what's the official Blizzard SC2 Oceania-SEA server "Hell it's time now" unlock time...? Didn't get a proper source yet to quote on, anyone can help?
From some not so clear distribution companies' employees, they didn't understand the mechanical details of which time actually referring to... all we were able to make sense out was, rephrased in our own words... :

Server unlocks at GMT 00:00 time... July 27th.

Is it Sydney's 00:00 midnight launch hour (Tonight 26th Malaysia's 10pm), but that doesn't mean can start to login install and play...

(ii)
If Blizzard align the server to unlock at GMT zero hour, it'll be our Malaysian time 8am morning 27th, all hell breaks loose and we're able to play. While S'pore launch will be 10am at N. Bridge Road.

Since no official link available, only word of mouth...
