We are deeply sorry to inform you that we have no other choice but to
cancel your pending pre-order for the US StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty
[Collector's Edition] (DVD-ROM) .

We can only apologize for the situation. We are in general very careful to
sell limited editions of video or PC games, before we got a confirmation
from our supplier.
In the case of the StarCraft II Collector's Edition, we got a confirmation
from our supplier for a huge allocation, so we started to accept
pre-orders.
Unfortunately Blizzard later changed the distribution plan and surprised
out supplier with a major order cut.

As consequence we only will receive enough games to fulfill around 10% of
our pre-orders. The few available units we will ship strict according to
the sequence the orders have been placed. Every customer will receive a
maximum of one game per customer.

We fully understand that you are very disappointed and I can only assure
you, that we did all we could to get more Collector's Editions from
alternative sources. Unfortunately we did not succeed. The allocation is
really extremely short.

In case that you are interested to switch to one of the regular versions
of the game, we have the US Version

(http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-7s-70-3vzb.html), we would offer you
an additional US$ 5 discount as apology for the disaster with the
Collector's Edition.
