Souul-x ur problem very bad, u got anyfriend with dvd? try reinstall from theirs. Or download digital copy and reinstall.

To be specific, can u even get to Multiplayer section? If can, can u click create custom game? If can, can u see map listing?

my friend list is showing 15 online players. and also ii was not logged out.
Think maybe housemate downloading full speed on whatever will cause this.
