Sifus, I am new to US markets and appreciate some advice.
I think foreign (American) funds will find its way back to the US after maximising profits in Asia and emerging mkts.

What Funds/ETFs can I buy that will be first to benefit from rise in US markets?

What will be 5 counters that has got good potential to go up 20% if american funds go "home" to the US?

I see comments on investors selling C at current prices. Does C has a medium term potential to go up much more, say to $8.00?

Thank you/

Let see : Hmm, fund is cheap in US, why wanna buy hot market stocks/shares? the available fund (profit) after dump is good to pay off the cheap loan.
Fund managers will not dump 50% of their holding to hot market, only partial. my take will be 19-20% of total fund for non-US market.

Citi - is purely speculative play.

Ok, based on your paradigm, best ETF are technologies, health care and banking.

Let me help you , based on broader market, volume/liquidity.

SPY - mirror Standard and Poor 500
GLD - Gold
SLV - Silver
XLF - Financial sector

Thanks again.
Looking at price history of SPY and XLF. Hmm, hard to make a decision.
Is buying ETFs as simple a decision as just buy and wait for market/index to recover?
