Yes, anyone can buy 1 share. Plus the cost is cheap 2,50. Buy 50 BAC = 630$ +2.50 =, that is USD12.65 full cost per share.
Only if KLSE make same rule. RM3/- per transaction.

i think is Greece and europe problems .....


Bad news abounds this morning:

There's the realization that Bernanke doesn't want QE3.
The Greek austerity move isn't going well.
Initial claims were bad.
Chicago Fed was bad.
The debt ceiling negotiations just collapsed.
And the IEA is desperate, pulling down oil prices.

So, the Dow is down about 200.
