I believe so as if you see the site progress they are being built in parallel.
Separate VP will sure make block a making noise if construction still going since the gap just merely 50 feet away.

well, depending on how big the unit size you are comparing with, if you looked at Tropics, RM2.2K+ is for units with 600sqt+ sizes.

RM2500-3000 - furnished 800+sqf - 1100sqft on average i believe.


i think for GD, to start off will probably be around RM2.5k max (800sqft furnished)
give it a year or two, until the prop value reaches RM1k! biggrin.gif then we should see good returns and when the mall is open/MRT is open.
