personally i think it looks very nice and about to change the entire landscape of the surrounding area.
thought that it's pretty neat to have the 2 towers right smack in the middle dividing the entire development like that. and it seems a little like stonor by glomac too.

Anyone went to their soft launch last weekend?

Anymore smaller units facing d'sara kim area?

A bit pricey at RM600psf. Good location (but got graveyard nearby).

went there Sat morning ..
all the 10xx sf units already sold out
all the 13xx sf units facing KLGCC soldl out

only limited 13xx sf units + 18xx sf units available ..

there are two sides of 3 diff units opposite each other

1000, 1300 and 1800 sqf..
1 side is 1000 sqf facing TTDI (middle), 1300 sqf facing klgcc, 1800 sqf facing damansara kim

another side is 1000 sqf facing swimming pool / block B(middle), 1300 sqf facing tropicana city mall / pool, 1800 sqf facing dsra kim / dijaya office

i got myself a 9th floor unit A09-03, 1000 sqf facing TTDI, with an additional carpark..
thinking of letting go the unit, if anyone is interested, please PM me biggrin.gif

wondering why RM600psf++ for those big size units all sold out very quickly... if they are pigeon hole size (small size unit) then can understand lah...

Actually. He just wants to make quick profits from his early bird discount before he pays for loan agreements and various fees. It's good net profits if he sold that way tongue.gif
