Guys, how to check whether my stupid new Tmnet given router block d access to steam n others web??

I juz able to on9 2day and im using d D-Link DSL2460B...and im unable to update my steam even though i have follow d guide in d 1st page...
Plz advice

cant also....zzz...will change d router to d old 1 later...damn f la....after 3 mth no TF2..wan to play also cannot.
btw, how can i analyze MDMP file?

finally able to update...it seems tat need to off d domain firewall also in d advanced setting...but now it stuck at 4% ==....

i know it, but also, sometimes is more like d steam server issue...now after update, unable to login ==".....steam is really testing my patient lol...
if after can login, need to update TF2 pulak...

Now getting "unable to connect to Steam network" after d login menu

Can any1 upload the steam file that have been updated to mediafire o elsewhere?? i juz cant get my steam to connect T.T....

After not using it for 3 mth, yesteday was my 1st time can on9 and it fail to update (cannot reach login menu also)...then i try d 1st page step n fail,(tried using urs steam but fail also)
after that i do a clean install and after 12 hrs, it is successfully update which can get me to d login menu with the new interface, so now i'm stuck with "unable to connect to steam network"...
i try wit typing wrong password, it direct tell me i have insert wrong password, but i juz cant login with my current acc ....
mayb u can help me try login wit ur pc? i dunwan to format my pc >.<....

wow, it really helps me for now....juz use it and my steam can connect now ...tis is d 2nd time im unable to connect to steam >.<
i wonder y im unable to connect without the hotspot shield

It works for me yesterday, i juz copy all files excluding d steamapp folder and my fren can get d steam run directly...also use hotspot shield if ur fren still cant connect to server even using ur files.

The instruction to use hotspot is once u able to connect, turn it off...tats wat i did n i nvr try to access my router web wit turning on d hotspot..
and it seems tat i only be able to login to steam wit using hotspot..dunno y..tm really sux..nvr had this b4 at kampar ....
btw, which dl speed display is d true 1 in steam? coz if view at Libary --> games, it showing 400kbps+ and in d download it show 120kbps+....(using 1mb)

I download my BC2 from EA, the max speed i achieve is d same as steam and others dl which is 160kbps. Only dl this game, but it does not giv me any error and one thing is good is, it is easy to login without hotspot shield...for me
