Dawn of Discovery Gold Edition which includes Dawn of Discovery : Venice - add on is retailed at $33.49 in Steam smile.gif Good buy though given the USD -> RM conversion rate wink.gif

USD33.49? Thanks for the info - gonna look whether there's any other things that I am getting or not (wonder anymore deals on Europa Universalis 3 or not) first. smile.gif

It's probably the repeat of some sales like last year's Christmas and New Year.

What were the sales at that time? Kinda new to Steam here.

Guys, just to confirm - basically we purchase the pack and then gift out the remaining three, right?

Trying to buy two multi-packs for L4D2, got two slots left, anyone?

Uhh...guys, I am trying to gift L4D2 to a friend who just registered on Steam but I can't see him in the list at all... Any cure?

Guys, question again - how do you get rid of the annoying credit card declined issue? I mailed Steam support but so far, no response and the L4D2 deal is ending in another hour. Called Citibank to confirm that they ain't blocking my card (heck, the operator lady was upset that I am not able to do purchase as well).

try to get another ip address and retry buying again
and also try to log steam from browser

Tried but still not working - the Steam credit card pre-emp control is really strict...

Bought:

Left 4 Dead 2 - Four Pack 30.59 USD (7.70 per person)
Port Royale 2 1.50 USD
Team Fortress 2 6.79 USD

Total spent roughly USD 16.00 (around RM 55?). Thankfully nothing more, need to get my GoW3 and FFX3 on second hand sales now.

Kinda regretting not getting Borderlands + DLC and Civ 4 pack but then again, Civ 5 IS coming out soon, right? *fingers crossed*

Guess that I am not the only one that buy but never really spend the time to play it. Really envy those who can work from home or don't have to bother working 12 hours everyday.

Guys, would it work if I copy my entire Steam folder over to my friend's PC in M'sia (excluding the steamapp folder)? He still can't get his Steam running so far.

It works for me yesterday, i juz copy all files excluding d steamapp folder and my fren can get d steam run directly...also use hotspot shield if ur fren still cant connect to server even using ur files.
*
Thanks, will do so then. I suggested hotspot to him also but I think he don't really understand what I was talking about, so probably just do it manually for him.

Anyone gotten the Grotesque Tactics: Evil Heroes so far? It's an indie game and the game-play description sounds like a good game. Metacritics don't have much on it so far.

Hmm, guess that it is not a good buy yet then. My Christmas sales wishlist is getting longer by the day.
