should i get Warband? Is the multiplayer still thriving?

hi, I tried so many method, all fail. Off firewall also cannot.
Off other exe in taskmgr also cannot.
Finally no choice, I have to reuse deimos zip file again. Unzip put it in correct steam path and also copy my old steamapps then it can work.
I dunno what special about deimos zip file, but so far, after move to new pc, 2 times for steam client update, only his zip file solution can work, other all cannot.

You know what

Delete the whole Steam folder or rather uninstall it.
Download a clean Steam client from it's site and install

Then just redownload your TF2.
You've been wasting more than a day to solve this thing, might as well do a clean install.

i bought it coz it dirt cheap 

shame...the free bejeweled 2 activation key cant be use on steam...
got "incompatible partner client" error

but still get it free, so no complaint there...go get them!

Hmm... that's weird. The normal price in our region is $14.99, since I did a comparison before & even laughed at those from US.

Yeah, all except Guild Wars (I made a personal price list myself) went back to normal not long after I make that post you quoted. Not sure if Steam missed out on it or anything but since it's not something I intended to buy, I made no noise about it.
