Steam Steam Promotion Topic V3, Problem updating? Read first post.

Both of my frens is having the same problem. Both are new to steam. Download steam and install. Ok. Start steam. Updating comes up. Then disappear. Then nothing happen. *blink blink* Try a few times. No go. Try to repair steam. No go. Try to switch of everything else ( like other comp, torrent and even anti virus ). No go. Please help T.T |
