Developer Croteam's graphical remake shooter Serious Sam HD The Second Encounter was one of Big Download's highlights for the first half of the year. Now the developer and publisher Devolver Digital are making it easy to play the game and buy it for those folks who haven't yet sampled its goodness.

Starting tomorrow folks who haven't bought the game via Steam will be able to download and play the full version for free until Sunday July 11. After playing it they decide, "Hey, this game with tons of monsters, co-op multiplayer modes and massive levels is for me," they can also buy the full version for just $10, a 50 percent savings from its regular price, until Sunday.

maybe they finally figure it out, that SSHD can finish within weekend XD

Guys i`m experiancing problem on payment
It seem steam reject all of my 3 card
I also notice that steam upgraded their payment system, which now they save your card info (u gotta retype if change card kan? this time no nid)

have anyone buy game today experiancing it?

its was saved at the credit card selection tab there

where u can choose Visa, Mastercard etc
it appear MasterCard XXXX (XXXX = last credit card number)

rarely happen to me unless i was torrenting or mass downloading at high speed

I send steam a ticket regarding the purchase problem, they said
"Hello Edison,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

I have adjusted a setting on your account. Please try your purchase again.

If you have any further questions or difficulty, please let us know. "

It working for me now but I dunno for others as steam mention they adjust setting on my account. I ask several ppl to try buy games via steam, all been also facing the problem.

coz u communicating with small amount of ppl of LYN onli compare to steam who deal with the whole world.
They wont bother to tell u wat they adjust, like we set ur account bla bla... it just make the user to ask even more question

backup the whole, steam folder, my document, my saved games and these hiddent folder
ProgramData at C: drive and Appdata (not sure if is this name under user file)

for some GFWl game u may need some trick, like SF4
007 and batman saved games cant be backup, it just turn to corrupt wen ever u try to restore those saved games

apahal nih, no weekend deal 1....
dont tell me that stupid train add on is weekend deal =.=

i have to update steam, unlock HL2, update HL2 total took 7 hours in order to play that game....
