Yes, you can.

I am doing it for a lot of my games at the moment.

Restoring one by one.

So far my Metro 2033 and Supreme Commander 2 save games still intact.
*
cool stuff. thanks for the info kianweic smile.gif

QUOTE(temptation1314 @ Jul 1 2010, 10:25 AM)
So here's basicly how Steam works.
You bought the game, the game is yours, like FOREVER.

Those that did not use Steam Cloud, you need to backup the save-game or so.
Those that use Steam Cloud, you don't need to worry about backing up the save-game.

So you've decide to get Dawn of Discovery or Settlers7? tongue.gif
*
probably i'll be getting both.. dawn of discovery and also the settlers 7.. but I hope steam will put them on daily sales though.. fingers cross tongue.gif

QUOTE(Cheesenium @ Jul 1 2010, 10:29 AM)
The best way to find out is, change to List View in Library and look for a "cloud" icon beside the Favourite column. Games which have the "cloud" icon is using Steam Cloud.

MW2, TF2, L4D2, Torchlight, CS:S are just a few games who use Steam Cloud.
*
good stuff cheesenium. thanks for the info smile.gif

USD33.49? Thanks for the info - gonna look whether there's any other things that I am getting or not (wonder anymore deals on Europa Universalis 3 or not) first.  smile.gif
*
Watched some game play on Europa Universalis 3 and it is quite an interesting game, but I have missed out the daily sales back in yesterday IIRC. I guess I'll just save up for Civilization 5 tongue.gif by the way, yea, it's USD33.49 for the Dawn of Discovery Gold Edition smile.gif

I came across Metro 2033 and I've been wondering if my rig would be able to support it though. Seems that Metro 2033 requires huge processing power. From steam site :

Conqueror, you liked to play online much? or you just enjoy single player story mode experiences??
*
both.. gonna grab Dawn of Discovery and The Settlers 7. Hence, single player mode/story is pretty covered tongue.gif

nada, still deciding....Spent a lot in these sales.

Btw, here's what's my opinions looks like la.

For BFBC2 -Multiplayer/Online mode is worth it. It has a lot more replay value.

For L4D2 - Basicly you need a communities/friends to play with. If you playing alone just to play it. You'll get bored within half a day.

For Red Faction - Not sure about Multiplayer coz i just bought this up during sales. Played once on the deathmatch, the lags doesn't seems to be noticeable anyway. The single player game mission mode is something similar to Assassin Creed style. One area, you get a Main Objectives + Side Objectives. But overall destroying the buildings are fun.

And Lastly for THQ pack - If you can afford it, get it. DoW2 and CoH are good. everything else in there is not bad either. I heard Metro 2033 is not bad. Overall 70% of the packs contains some epic nice game la.
*
wah.. thanks for the review.. tongue.gif but I was wondering how's DoW2, CoH's multiplayers pool? is it big? actually I already own a copy of CODMW2.. hence, getting another FPS games similar to that (BFBC2) is not really what I need I guess :s

You will need to activate in game.

When you try to access that area, the game will request for the CD-Key.

Remember, just 5 limit activations.
*
Errr, after 5 activation and the DLC will no longer work?
