hi guys, long time ago i did not open my account, and right now i open my account to install L4D, when i want install, it cant because my product ID has been use,i use the product ID at this account, how come not appear

yup they did, they give me a number ticket that they give, and i should handwrite the number ticket at my CD Key, then take a picture give them.
