it is like this, some 4 packs can be gifted, some cannot.
nation red 4 pack can be gifted, so lets say i gift nation red 4 pack to ecam, ecam gives me RM13 and the 3 extra copies via email.

i will receive 3 steam gift emails of nation red.

ecam can enjoice his nation red and do not need to worry about finding 3 other people for his 3 extra copies of nation red.

i will find buyers, collect payment and forward the emails to the 3 buyers.

after failing to buy borderlands 4pack for a buyer and seeing that exentric_nova's steam account is blocked i sked my steam account is blocked too so i tried to buy a game.

in the end i bought dog fighter 4pack.

i got x3 extra copies of dog fighter to let go at RM23 per copy.

for some reason i can't seem to use paypal to buy 4packs for steam accounts of other people, either that, or their steam accounts is blocked.

at first, i tried to buy borderlands 4pack, for other ppl, cannot.

after that, i tried to buy dog fighter 4pack for myself, can, success.

then, i tried to buy worms reloaded 4pack, for other ppl, cannot.



why like this one? these 2 ppl steam account kena blocked? they never bought any games from steam online store before also.

yeah, i told them to do that.
