EA seems to be lowering price on lots of games. Checked it on http://www.steamgamesales.com/, as usual. Cant believe Bad Company 2 is now $29.99... Well, dont have much time to play it now. Waiting for Brink.

Well, most games do get a price cut after a year. Except Activision Blizzard games I suppose. No point lowering price when your games still dominate top seller.

I never thought that Nation Red have issues with Win 7 64 bit, only know when I saw thread on it at steam forum. Gonna have to check if this game support it, but I'm just too damn lazy...

For those that got Stalker SoC, download the STALKER Complete 2009 mod (http://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-complete-2009). The mod got covered in PC Gamer magazine twice, I tried it myself (not Steam version, tho) and it was really nice. Or at least install some other mod, since SoC has lots of bugs. Most big mods includes a fix for many bugs.

Everyone have their own taste. Still, why railworks?... I suppose a guy like me wont understand. I've never been into simulation games.

Heh, once in a while I'd drop out of games suddenly due to lousy internet connection. If I was with a friend, he'd get angry at me, but if I'm playing with stranger they wont mind (mostly true for L4D series). So not having a lot of friend does have a benefit (?).

I meant the weeklong sale of Secret of the Magic Crystals, Space Siege and Football Manager 2010. I said "week of sale" instead of "weeklong" because I thought they made a typo. Turns out the word "weeklong" is in the dictionary, damn.

I just thought of something... Steam Wallet seems to be pretty bad for people who help buy Steam games, doesn't it? I mean if you have 100 dollar in your Steam Wallet then there's no need to contact deimos/edison/talexeh every time there's a sale, we just buy games with the money in Steam Wallet. Or maybe it will help them make more profit, Steam Wallet still need credit card.

Investments, huh.. That makes sense, so Steam Wallet makes Steam like a bank. But I cant really appreciate them using our money for investments, that kind of shit is probably one of the reason for the economic crisis.

Are there no mod that does that? I mean this game is kinda popular (I dont have it tho), and Star Wars games usually have lots of mods.

I did an AMD driver update using Steam this morning just to try it out. It worked fine, fast download and all, and there's something else... I admit I should have noticed it earlier, but there were no restart required.

Its the first time for me updating my 1 month old AMD card, so does AMD driver update never require restart (unlike Nvidia)? Or did Steam managed to create a smart install for drivers that does not require PC restarts?

I'm guessing its both driver and catalyst. The download was 80MB, seems that Steam gives us the uncompressed driver files since the the installer for driver+catalyst on AMD website is only 54.8MB.

At least thats what I think. I just press the "Update AMD Video Driver", it doesnt tell me anything else
