Pls use POHD to format yr hdd than this message will not appear again. It is bcoz POHD will create another partition for the BT purpose.

I did use POHD to format the hdd and try format it with comp too...
but the result is same...
it always says i have to scan and fix the hdd inside the playonhd...

it is strange if you had formatted built in hdd with pohd. formatting it with pc will cause more problems.
if hdd is not readable at pc, possible the hdd is faulty, corrupted?

all firmwares are available at:
http://www.acryan.com/support/
just need to get the right ones and do it according to instructions in the pdf files.
for pohd, i do not know if there is a faster way, but i had reinstalled in this sequence, works fine:
3582->4824->3966->5440
if 5440 is a problem, then stop at 3966 or 4824.

I formatted both ways to try because still got problem after formatting with POHD...
How can u format if is not readable by PC or POHD?

Also, I am using the latest firmware which is 5440...
I skipped 3966 so that means from 4824 to 5440 straight...
Is it possible to install back or use older firmware from the latest firmware?

Sure, just do:
3582->4824
you need to apply the "flash" procedure - it's in the pdf files found together with with the img file.
if you have the same problem after going back to 4824, something may be wrong with the hdd.

bro, thx for the info...
even my external hdd also got that error message after using it for the latest firmware...
either flash procedure will work right?
