Hi all. Im using ACR-PV73100 firmware version v9.5.3 r7317.
Recently when i browsed down 5-10 movies, then the unit crashed... Then, none of the buttons worked and the only way that i had to resolve the problem was disconnecting the power cable.
I suppose this is a known problem but anyway here is another one with the same problem. Can i downgrade the firmware as i found in the forum that downgrade the firmware will solve the issue, but the setting doesn't show the covers that we have in the folders of the movies. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Ok now i manage to downgrade to 3966 successfully but still cannot browse the movie file if browsing under files manager-hdd-movie. It will stuck on blank screen. But if i browse straight under movies no problem. Before this no problem. Or my hdd showing the sign of kaput? Huhu

I tried to on scan- cannot browse the movie under file manager-hdd. I tried to off scan also cannot browse the movie under file manager- hdd. If i open straight under movie, no prob. But it will not show the thumbnail of movie picture that i put together in movie folder la. any idea bro???

Ok finally solved. I change the hdd from 1tb to 500gb. still not ok. then i notice if i open using movies- only after i browse these 3 files/movies then the machine will hang. I think there are some files corrupted coz after i remove these 3 files/movies, the problem is ok, now i change back to 1tb no prob. Its ok.
So the question is- how come those 3 files are corrupted. Coz i manage to play those movies before no prob. Also now i can play those movies on pc. Whats happened? My oh my.... Thanks all for help. Godbless
