OIC, thanks boxbuilder. two more questions :

1) what is the warranty period ? 1 year or longer ? just bought it last saturday from digital mall.
2) when I purchased the POHD, there is no warranty card in the box but the authorised retailer said I can claim warranty using their sales invoice. is this correct ?

1. POHD and mini 2 years warranty
2. Don't worry, as long as you bought from Box Builder's resellers, u even can come to our office directly to claim the warranty. We will trace by serial No. Just look at the unit, if got BoxBuilder warranty sticker, it is from us ya.

thanks boxbuilder ....... yes I can see the warranty sticker.

on a separate note, the free HDMI cable really looks solid ......... thumbup.gif

I noticed that the date and time for my POHD (came with latest fw r3582) always change randomly after I set it correctly and on standby mode (i.e. power if not switched off). is this normal or a bug ? there is no network connection for my unit.

[How to update this firmware:

It is the same as all SDK3.X platform requires, please update your PV73100 to r3582 before proceeding to update with this firmware.

We strongly recommend users to perform System Update instead of Safe Mode Reflash]

want to ask, if after I update to the new beta fw, and if say I am not happy, can I change back to the official fw r3582 ? if yes do I just perform systen update again ?

want to ask some noob questions about this toaster 2-bay, if I have 1 hdd with many files and another new hdd, can I use this toaster 2-bay to back up my files from the 1st hdd to the 2nd hdd ? if the answer is yes then what is the speed like ? and can we use 2 hdd with different brands and/or different capacity ?

hi box builder, can we get the toaster 2-bay from this weekend's DLE ? any special price (not talking about the 1st unit at $9) during DLE ? and what is your booth number ?

Dear sifus, I always get scan disk pop up after playback while connected to PC. After scan, no problem detected. Is this normal? Afraid long run will kill my HDD.....

I disconnect HDD from PlayON after powering if off, should be the safest way but still get scan disk request. Any advice?
*
I also power off then only disconnect the external HDD. I don't think there is a safely remove hardware option in the menu like windows.

I am new to this gadget. Where u guys download movies ??

thepiratebay is the good site to find the torrent files and to download torrent file you can use eg µTorrent. but you will need to have Unifi to have good download speed as streamyx is restricting / blocking BT download.
