To be honest, Alice n that guy i think is the same gang. Many things conflicts...the dog should bark, but it isnt...how can the owner just leave the key on TV rack...it should hide in somewhere that dont let people know even incase of emergency...and u did mentioned about the things that guy moved in without notice the owner..it's impossible...
I think u should ask frens or police double check on Alice as well...
