RRIM@Sg.Buluh and surrounding areas - good place to invest. Good location and with great potential to develop into a sattelite city of KL.

In time to come new roads will be opened up and existing ones upgraded thus reducing commuting time. By then, the distance of the house that one wish to purchase now say, in BSC will be "near" to a MRT station. In the long term, can avoid the burden of servicing a bigger loan if one were to buy a house nearer to a MRT station.

MRT stations coming up around Sg. Buluh area: 1. Sg Buluh/KTM Stn. 2. Kg. Baru Sg. Buluh Stn. 3. Kota Damansara Stn (along Sg. Buluh to Batu Tiga road.) 4. Tmn. Industri Sg. Buluh Stn. 5. PJU 5 Stn (not sure about the distance from Jalan Sungai Buluh) and on to Dataran Sunway, the Curve and onwards. The first four stations are close to RRIM. The RRIM land which is about 3000 acres in area is a goldmine destined to be a new growth centre of Greater KL. The population within 10-15km radius of the present RRIM would be well served once the proposed development of the RRIM land and beyond is up and running. Could be better than Subang Jaya. Just my 2 sen.

HELP Uni College new campus about 100 meters from the back boundary of RRIM will be ready soon. HELP bought the land for RM20/sq ft some years ago to set up the campus. Just beside HELP are 3 blocks of medium- cost apartments. Nearer to the boundary of RRIM is Taman Subang Delima, a new residential development consisting of 2-storey medium-cost houses. Intermediate unit cost RM160K/- and corner unit cost RM200K++ when first launched. The houses were VPed 2 years ago, Today the price has more than doubled. Facilities and amenities within a radius of 2km are quite adequate. A neighbourhood shopping mall (Star Avenue) has started operation just recently. Can be forseen that new infra will be built and current ones upgraded as KwasaLand progressively develop the first few parcels of RRIM land (esp. that fronting Persiaran Cakerawala/Persiaran Atmosfera). Soon Sg Buluh - Kajang MRT Line will help to ease travel to KL city centre. Just sharing.
