Mergh holding is opening for reg for 2stry link hse beside subang galaxy.but I'm not sure when they launching.last phase I heard.just when they few mont ago.but it lease hold prop,aman putri by ppc glomac sold it 2 stry hse within 1 week.I just secure 1 unit for 325k.

Merge Housing ... I bought my double storey terrace at Subang 2 by Merge's subsidiary, Juta Permai.
It is a delayed project, hibernated since 2006, signed S&P in 2005 and till now still waiting for my home sweet home.

Damai apartment is another long hibernating project by Merge Housing. Long delayed since 2001. Seems like now Merge has just snailed to finish it. Awaiting water and electricity now. LAD should be at least 90% or 100% cause 9 to 10 years delay.

Anyhow, Merge was saying they are going to revive my double storey project soon. We, the ignorant buyer, have to just wait, wait, and wait.

BTW, Merge is going private. The Lee brothers bought back the shares from open market.
Really difficult to predict their plans.

Do more research before you stepped into Merge project!!! Don't end up like me.

Who knows? The moment my housing project is revive and completed, the house price would have doubled?? Keep my fingers and toes crossed and wait, wait, wait...

near coalfields there.

elmina would be the next big township within the near vicinity. but sime's pricing would not be friendly. klk's launch seems to be relatively quiet but did very well. freehold with big size at affordable rates but slightly further away.
aman putri is also equally far and i got no comment for it.
