Location wise I think a simple link house 20x60 should be not less than 800k.

Klang 20x65 selling 620k about a year ago.

Semenyih selling similar price.

This location near PJ so should be much higher.

Wondering whether any link house to be launched?

Or just superlink and above.

So far not much info regarding this development.

I know it is partially in PJ and Shah Alam. Partially freehold and leasehold. Bumi quota is unknown but important to me as it is one indicator whether the property can be goreng or not.
