Instead of making this township affordable for the middle class, I think they are making this place out of reach for the middle class..Everything will be pricey here as it seems developers are launching high end or niche products.

Im guessing the first few launches at Kwasa will be high end million dollar stuff...but then market is subdued.. Will developer scrap their plan n sell link houses that is in the range of 600k for next year ? If developers are smart they should be selling products in the range of 500k in such soft market...not niche stuff like villas or bungalow or zero lot or superlink or apa nama

Condo going at 650k while further down the road u can fetch link houses at that range..im referring to elmina... Tough sell..am i right ?

From the look of it, most of the product will be mainly high rise like condo or office tower and pricey stuff like villa or townhouse and etc.. The only affordable stuff here will be rumah selangorku..
I dont see plan to build affordable double or single storey houses... Maybe im wrong here |
