I am using Maxis Wireles BB. It was fine until yesterday i keep getting Error 619. I have try restart my pc reinstall but it didnt work. Tried with my laptop i still having the same problems. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks in advance..

hi, at wat time frame u're getting this ?
Have u retried in some other times ?
How long has ur modem been plugged in, continuously ? Does ur modem feel a bit hotter than usual ?

i face this issue sometimes also, during night time like between 10:30pm to 1am ..
i think sometimes is overall network temporary congestion; other times could be the modem plug in too long for continuous period of time.. So wat i do are :

- close all browser windows
- disconnect maxis > then File> exit, to quit from maxis connection entirely
- press ctrl-alt-del to bring up the running process windows to verify if maxis connection has been really closed; if maxis connection process still running, delete the process

- "safely remove" the maxis modem, leave it unplugged from laptop/pc for a while, say, 15 min
- then plug in again the modem and retry
