This is the latest product that I bring in here, it had highest compability with most of mother board and it can duplex function chipset integrated. Those oldies converter may not convert optical drive sucessfully, right now this is your best choice. To prove it, I been take two photo of Convert 1)SONY IDE DVDRW Drive 2)ASUS SATA DVD-ROM Drive , please have a look :   By the way, I can't promise this adapter will 100% works on your mother board & drive, but this model is already the highest compatibility model available in market.
