having a problem.unable to connect to wifi on my 72 eventhough entered correct password. appreciate help/ advice

gentlemen, sorry to bother. my current SW version is 051.018 but as thread topic states v52.005 can't seem to get it. when check from update SW says no new available. appreciate help. thanks
