Hi, I posted this question at E71 thread, but I think it's not very active thread now.

So please excuse me if I repeat my question here:-

Is there even such a database currently implemented. I heard about this a few years back, but haven't read about such servise available till today?"

I googled, the last news was in 2007 where they boasted they were going to implement this by December that year. Now after 3 years the appointed company to undertake this exercise , their website still under construction (meaning Dead). Haha I really laugh ! Malaysia really Boleh!

So no other way to check??
