After I updated my phone to the latest firmware last month, it always hang but I think it's because one of the application I installed but I am not sure which 1.

After I hard reset so many times the phone still hang. So I took out the memory card, put in a card reader and I FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD. (I couldn't find the FORMAT FUNCTION in the Office>File Manager>Memory Card option) And now the memory card doesnt have the same folders like it used to. And it couldn't be accessed using the phone Mass Storage.

How do I format it back?

guys... everytime i off and on my set back ar... it will alwiz asked me to set up my personal email... can i disable it on startup? it's very annoying...

not to say that i doesnt have any email account setup... i do but it still prompts me on my every restart... hmm... any idea where and how to switch it off from prompting me on my evert start up?

This occured to me a few times after I updated to the latest firmware 2 weeks ago. My phone's battery just drained completely even though is was fully charged. Anyone know the cause of this? Thanks a lot!

and this application is default and start at startup, it will consume RAM.

Hello, my friend is a E72 user and her phone is locked, screen turned up to white screen and unable to boot up too. Anyone here know how to fix this problem?

i found it the hard way after upgrading to FW51.018, my fone would always freeze up, apps are strangely crashing and unwanted reboot.
so on saturday, did a hard reset, much like a low level hard drive format on my fone.
backed-up everything first, turned it off and >>

Hold these buttons:

- Capslock

- Space

- Backspace

and press the power buton

until the NOKIA logo comes up.

and it feels like new now, tho' it's only a couple of days but it's been a whole lot better than before.
