hi everyone.. i own a moderate gaming PC,which i occasionally use to play games. I have no problems for first few months from the purchase date. Now,whenever i play heavy games like mw2, or GTA IV, the rig makes sound like vibrating metal plate. It is really irritating sound.I checked many times and found nothing that is causing the sound .
when its idle, its normal, only when heavy usage, the irritating sound comes back. any solution for this problem?? thx in advance for help.. |

Other than that...check all the fan like psu fan, processor fan and gc fan...some of them will run faster when loading

u got how many fans in ur CM690 ? i also using CM690, i also annoyed by these kind noise n i solve it by removing the front panel steel bars, those grey in color ( dunno wat is the exact name for it ) n i also remove 2 of my top exhaust fans. then the noise gone.
i've been told tat top fans r useless if u r using 120mm 90CFM coz the honey combs holes r too small so the heat cant b blown out. n yes it is true. |
