 Stopping TFK habit, Any side effects?

you mean you start TFK since your 14 years old ?! i only know those thing when i was 20.....

whats wrong with kids nowaday......

btw, the "burps" might be cause by your eating habit....

did you eat 3 meal per day? maggi or fast food doesnt count as square meal....

Yes I have 3 meals per day, but yes I agree with your point - sometimes I eat quite little for lunch/dinner and on weekends I wake up late, nvr eat breakfast. I feel that my stomach is more sensitive to timing these few months. I MUST eat around 7 am, 12 pm and 6 pm to reduce a lot or have no burping. Also seems to occur when I sleep anytime after 12 am when in bed, so I try to sleep earlier recently and change my routine.

About the TFK part, to explain further, last time I do it daily because of there (and my sometimes dirty mind) being "itchy" for some, then it slowly turn into habit, this few months both "dirty mind" and "habit" extinguish and I only do it for stress reduction only. My plan to substitute stress reduction with sleep instead so instead of TFK in july, I will try to focus on other thing or just sleep to prevent myself.

I am only scared of the effects... since I have been doing it for so long, what is the future effect? How about effect after stopping?

i agree with fuzzy. correct your mind set. DONT 24/7 day day time time everywhere think of those itchy stuff...its ok when you saw some "wow" stuff and think bout it, but get back to yourself and think normal stuff after that.

for me , the only thing you have to worry bout TFK is ur hygiene (on ur "important part", do clean it after TFK/daily to prevent cancer around ur batang...i'm serious bout this) and forcefully do the TFK (meaning, cannot stim already but you still force "it" to stim, this will lead to mati pucuk, and i'm serious bout this too)

i guess every gents here go through ur time. my opinion is that as long ur body are healthy, the tfk habit does not need to be stop
cuz ur body have use to that kind of life style. so if you suddenly stop all the TFK activity (assuming you are health now) at all, i fear that ur body might not use to it. it will be best if you reduce ur TFK frequency it little by little (exp : last time 7 day per week, now start with 5 per week , then after a 3 week like that reduce it again to 3 times) to avoid sudden "shock" to your body.

DO NOT stop TFK AT ALL ... TFK are just like sport, need practice too. you stop too long time then later when you're old you will find that you cant do it cuz lack of practice. (but everyday shakehead.gif ? no no... try reduce it so ur body can have some rest ...).
