I WILL ENCLOSED THE TRANSACTION RECEIPT AFTER THIS..IN NEED FOR SCANNER..

Details of the complaint :

I WAS HAVING DEAL WITH THIS MAN YESTERDAY, 2010 JUNE 27 ON BUYING HIS BLACKBERRY BOLD 9000.

I CALLED HIM ABOUT 8.30 AM YESTERDAY AFTER CROSSING HIS POST ON LOWYAT.NET. AFTER NEGOTIATION, HE AGREED TO SOLD THE ITEM

MENTIONED ON RM600.00...SO SMOOTH THE NEGO GONE W/O SUSPECTING ANYTHING BAD..HUHUHUH... THEN HE SAID HE WOULD SEND THE

ITEM YESTERDAY ON THE SAME DAY 2010 JUNE 27.. USING SKYNET HE MENTIONED.. I FORGOT THAT SKYNET WAS CLOSED YESTERDAY!

THAT HOW THE FIRST THING I NOTICED HE WAS LYING TO ME...

I BANK-IN THE MONEY AT ABOUT 10.50AM ON THE SAME DAY AND CALLED HIM TO INFORM THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEPOSITED.

AFTER THAT, HE SAID HE WILL SEND IT ASAP..

AFTER THAT CONVERSATION, NO MORE INFO FROM HIM..

I CALLED FOR HIM AND HE SAID HE WAS WATCHING THE MOVIE AT ABOUT 4PM AND WILL CALL ME BACK LATER..

BUT NO CALL FROM HIM UNTIL THE NITE..

I KEPT CALLING HIM THE WHOLE NITE AND THIS MORNING ON 2010 JUNE 28, BUT HE NOT PICK UP HIS PHONE...

UNTIL NOW, NO ANSWER FROM HIM..

PLEASE HELP ME..

I'M DYING IN NEED FOR MONEY..

MY LAPTOP, HP ALL HAVE BEEN STOLEN LAST WEEK..

I LOST A LOT F MONEY...

SOMEBODY HIT MY CAR AND STEALED EVERYTHNG, MY HP, LAPTOP AND JEWEL..

you nego him until rm600, its -rm100 from original price. still he can consider postage to you? even some people get conned by COD. you should ask to COD at the first place.

Basically he will be sending out that by tomorrow after that when u received it he will say u tried to say he con you or something by sue-ing you
but normally he haven't even settle the old case yet so if he wanna sue u ,u should let him know to solve the old case first regarding that

Police said on process to get Bank Negara Permission to check for the account holder..

I m trying to force the police to do ASAP...

3. always check dispute resolution corner

4. put any steps that you think necessary in order to avoid such thing to happen again.
