time for jasma hose n radistor flush

change all hose.....pipe connecting to water pump.go to radiator specialist to cuci radiator.

I've just taken over my brother's Proton Saga 1.3, 1997 model.

Pretty much underpowered, heavy fuel consumption.

I think you are referring the four small hoses at the rear of
the engine, around the carburettor and auto choke.

They are called the U, S, V and carburettor hoses.

The U and S are about 12 mm, and the V and carburettor
hoses are about 8 mm.

If the coolant leaks are minor, you could try tightening their clips.
If the leaks persists and the hoses seem hard and cracked to
the touch, I think it's time to replace them.

You can buy all four at Universal Auto at Jalan Sungei Besi,
near the cross-junction with Jalan Pudu and just after the
fire engine department.

They cost around $20 + for a set.
If you are referring to the two big radiator hoses, they cost
around $12 each for this brand :

Universal has both. They open till 4 pm on Sunday.
I've bought all six hoses and kept them in my trunk
as spares, just in case.

Turn anticlockwise about 1 to 2 mm for a start. The timing
will probably drop between 3 to 6 degrees.

The sound may be old engine mountings, which sometimes
sound very much like knocking or pinging.

I have the same problem when accelerating uphill at times,
and initially thought it was overly advanced timing causing
knocking, but my brother, whom this Iswara belongs to,
told me it was the mountings.

1st, like other member said, maybe the radiator blocked.
2nd, possible prob is ur radiator fan motor not 100% working.
3rd, check ur radiator switch, maybe it didnt work. (this happen to me b4, so i didnt use the switch & the motor is continuous working non stop - this might cause ur fan motor lifespan decrease)

the best solution, service ur cooling system inc radiator & the fan motor.

1. check ur brake pad again. if unproper install, it might cause unproper braking.
2. check/service ur brake pump & the brake oil.
3. check also the hoses.

about the air cond vent cover, the price start from rm20-50. u can get from accessory shop and spare parts shop.

have u ever servie all brake system b4? it might take about half day to service whole braking system. but for me, it worth.

if you want take care of it, easy......full coolant.like proton service my BLM，they must put full coolant on it

how long depend on ur driving pattern la, and ur brake system stuff punya quality(brake pad, hose, pump, shoe)
but follow  proton manual 40000km change brake oil but for me used until got problem brake oil leaking, brake pad (finish) then go check and change...LOLxD

 
open head and use roti canai scraper maa....
workshop got those strong chemical... kasi rendam for awhile and den brush brush it away can adi...
saiz sepuluh...
no need replace laa... 4g13 vr good one...
wah u using civic type r spoiler on ur saga ahh??...

need open the rear Drum...dangerous if let brake shoes worn out.....this becoz if brake pump over extend and lost brake pressure........this can lead to accident
