Just want to ask a bit of stuffs related to the water tank.

In my Iswara, there're 2 separate water tanks (1 is for the wiper, and there's another separate one-where the coolant is poured into, i think?). When I was checking it just now, both the caps were opened  Before this I covered the cap properly, so  Even when i tried to cover it back just now, it was also quite tight. Was wondering, does any1 have similar situations b4 where d cap just 'opened' by itself? will d water in it evaporate a lot?
The water that was loss is ~1/6 of tank (since the last time i checked 2 weeks ago).

Oh, n when i was refilling the water in the tank (for putting coolant 1) got lots of brownish tissue-paper-like things flowing out. Any ideas on what is that? Is it normal for water tanks to have brownish stuffs? Then I see the tank, bottom part of it is also brownish in colour. Should I get the whole tank changed or something? Need advice on this
