guys..what is the difference between single layer n double layer radiator ???..aside from it cooling capability..and how much it cost for double layer ???..

and one more, if i straight changing gear from N to reverse, it seems like not smooth and will sound errrrrrrk. but if i changing gear from gear 1 and den reverse it very smooth. it this indicate my gearbox gonna wear off soon or it;s normal?
