Hi I am a skinny guy who recently started to play badminton. I don't want to build my body to be so big that it reduces my speed and agility on the court, but just wan to shape my body up a little bit to become somewhat like Dato Lee (the only famous role model that I know of, who is previously a skinny guy and become physically fit.).
I am currently doing footwork drills (along with other fitness exercise to build up my stamina) 3 days a week, and play for at least once a week.
I would like to know is there any supplements you have suitable to my needs? Kindly PM me for more details.
