free bump for u

i bought 1 tub from u last wednesday.till now drank 9 servings with 9 scoops only.
but with some training my biceps got around 1.5~2 cm increased.nice!

hi bro.sure training's good..but i think ur stuff makes it easier oh.coz after trained normally got ache and cramp a bit.but if drink the stuff after workout, then the pain wont be so much.

the vanilla tastes ok..but im still a choclate person

P/S: u might want to advise ur buyers not to make the protein shake using hot boiling water.must use little bit warm water only.if too hot the thing wont fully dissolve~
