you see, from you perspective as an online seller, it may be polite to you but certainly not for me.
as a consumer, it is my right to compare prices from different sellers, and his reply gives me an implication that i'm comparing prices with hypermarkets because i'm too free to do so, and he doesnt mind getting 1 lesser transaction of 600 bucks.
besides, what i ask for is actually, if you are selling online here, i don't see you as normal sellers with shop lots and stocks bulked in your store. this is the main reason why online sellers can provide better price isn't it? and that's the main attraction for online business.
furthermore, you (yoongkeen) are offering COD service, which even convince me more that you are online seller. if those shops with big store (fixed cost) can provide low price, why cant you convince me that you are selling rm620 because it is reasonable for you? just state your reasons and i will be satisfied. as simple as that.
you asked me to go into shops in lowyat, and provide me a lower price because online price is lower, that is absurd. i've been buying goods online for quite some time, obviously online business have lower cost! they'd be stupid if they provide me that price cause that wont give them enough profit margin, even loss.

the above is the polite explanation i expected.
once more, i must restate that, if you are selling in lyn and you provide COD/postage service, i ASSUME that you are online seller with lower fixed cost compare to other shops. if i were to look for shop lots, why do i need to surf in LYN anyway?
