I'm currently using an exactmat.Mainly coz I like hard pads,it's Razer and it looks way cool (plus 2 surfaces is kinda nice I suppose).I know you're gonna argue steelpads and all look awesome, but srsly, the shape of exactmat is way cool plus I like how they left the borders silver. (and for those who say the shape is impractical, well, get a mouse with low lift-off and practice lifting off more often ) And yea,I expect the mouse feet to wear and all.The thing is,extra mouse feet for my DA comes frm hyperglide, anyone wanna do the bulk? But seriously, there's still been no particular way of benchmarking a mousepad (lol) It's pretty much down to personal preference I believe.

If you ppl wanna talk about accuracy,it's as simple as getting used to a single mousepad. I don't think any particular mousepad gives you more accuracy than another, just depends which suits you more and which you've become accustomed to As I've mentioned, there's still no concrete way of benchmarking a mousepad,so you can't really claim one mousepad is more accurate than the other This post has been edited by ellimist: May 3 2007, 10:55 AM

QUOTE(campsol2k @ May 3 2007, 06:07 PM) maybe speed, accuracy and size will differentiate how good the mp Speed = how fast a mouse can move across the mousepad? Some ppl like it fast, some like it slow though.Like some like a smooth mousepad while others like some with a lil friction in it. Accuracy = how would u tell how "accurate" a mousepad is? Size = Hmm I guess the bigger the better,no harm in having the extra surface even if you don't use it (at least if u ever run into certain situations where u wanna move alot, the surface is there for u)

QUOTE(SihamZhai @ May 3 2007, 09:21 PM) I donno what is good about the pads. All i know is they cost hundreds. I tried the razer's pad, don't seem much of a difference Hundred s? My exactmat + the rest (which is useless ) costs 94 bucks Plus mainly-RTS gamers wouldn't really feel the joy of these mousepads

Lol that's not a mousepad, that's a cutting mat -.- I think you'll find those at stores which sell graphic arts stuff.you know, art suppliers or whatever And since they're cutting boards, they should be real durable
