This is not making sense at all...

you get your stuff from supplier which is fake and you said u will Not REFUND because u purchase it with ur own money for another supplier.. So, why can't you refund the money to the buyer ?? and you just ask the buyer to blame on the supplier which is selling the fake product to you ??? WTH are this words ??? If you don't responsible to REFUND to the buyer, then Don't be a seller selling at anywhere on the website. shakehead.gif shakehead.gif Now, TS just want a REFUND NOT PRODUCT... NO MATTER YOU CHANGE YOUR SUPPLIER OR NO , THIS IS CALL RESPONSIBILITY AS A SELLER.... Unless you said the product is damage while shipping from your supplier or others which is make sense lo.

I guess you have to do more research, how to become a Seller Online...

Hope this problem can settle as soon as possible.
