I'm doing a online business myself, sending goods to customers thru PosLaju on a regular basis.

So far the services have been quite satisfying, until recently they told me that the pick-up fee has increased from RM2 to RM5.

The RM3 difference is a huge cost in a long run, so I'm thinking about opening an account with them, as i heard that can get free pick-up if you have an account with them.

So my questions about opening an account with PosLaju:

1. what are the prerequisites or requirements in order to open an account? (I do not have a registered business license, it's all personal)

2. How much need to be paid for opening an account? Registration fee? Deposit? Monthly Charge?

3. Has anyone experienced problems or frustrations from having an account with PosLaju?

Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks smile.gif .

Oh... Thanks Renee for the Info.

I guess i will be going to PosLaju office physically then, or look for other courier service that can provide good pickup service.

By having an account with pos laju, you will get 10% discounts, free pos laju form (with your company name on it), free pick up service and also free pos laju plastics.

Yes they can come and pickup from your house, and they charge RM5 just for the pickup. For registered account, i think the pickup is free
