Hi!!!

New Desire owner here. Got my set from Maxis TTDI branch. Was talking to this leng lui on the Galaxy S but finally got Desire. I think the plastic look on the Galaxy S is a big minus and HTC's reliability make me made the decision.

So far have spend 4 hours yesterday surfing on Marketplace and downloaded some stuffs.

After some surfing and reading, finally found a ware can play avi or mkv format videos; Rockplayer. Kinda slow on 720p formats but otherwise all other formats no prob so far.

Now my colleagues shoo me away, telling me not to temp them from changing over to the Android-Dark Side....muahahahahhahahahah

Hi Desirians;

Need some suggestion and help here for car charger units; currently my Touch 2 uses a normal (cheap) car adapter and a standard mini USB cable to charge my phone in the car. Now with the Desire, ppl suggest not to use the same adapter as it seems that the voltage are slightly diff and not able to charge the Desire properly. My dealer suggest me to get the Belkin's charger c/w a designated micro USB cable which costs me RM 120. Please advice guys as my phone battery tends to worns out fast due to calls and surfing.
