Pandora Internet Radio is my current favourite app, followed by SNESoid for gaming and the barcode scanner to impress people =P

Yeah because it's only available in USA so the market doesn't show it. However, just go to this site using your phone:

It's a direct download link and your phone should start the download immediately. It only works in USA so you can't use it with Mobile network unfortunately, unless someone knows how to trick it into being a foreign proxy. For some reason, it totally works with my house WiFi though. I just got it today so over the next week I'll see if it'll work with WiFi spots in other places too.

If you your background sync is on then yeah you'd get email updates. In fact, I just got one 2 minutes ago! The google mail works in the background so when you get an email it'll notify you in the status bar and , yes, it'll make a sound.

For Facebook you can have your friend stream widget on but it drains the battery if you're going to have that and your mobile network on all the time.

Well, I'll tell you what I did. My laptop has an SD card reader so I transfered everything from my Desire's SD memory into my laptop, removed it and put in the new SD card. I then transfered everything from the laptop to the new card and placed it in the desire =)


Oh, I have a question for anyone who can answer. How do you all sync your iTunes playlist with your HTC Desire? Frankly the thought of having to organize everything into playlists again is killing me.

Haha, yup! I just got double twist yesterday actually and I love the interface, plus now all my playlists are synced which is super convenient. Only problem is that there's no desktop widget but apparently they're releasing that quite soon so all is well =)

Anyone has any idea when Google Navigation will support malaysian maps?

Hey guys, just wondering: Is it possible for me to change the icons that are displayed on my Desire? My unit isn't flashed or anything so is there any app that can aid me in changing the icons?
