Anyway a list of silly questions that may have been answered here already but somehow I missed it:

1) My contacts list is a mess. SIM card has a phone number of contact A, but the gmail app added a seperate listing for contact A's email, and the phone adds Contact A's number from facebook info. Any way to merge them together?

2) Where do I get Swype? Kinda fumbling with the keys when typing without turning the phone sideways.

i think it's part of the 10 special priced desire on htc malaysia facebook page.

It's RM1850 for AP set and RM2000 for Original set.
You can search at the garage sales sections. A lot of buyers selling this phone now.

Thats what i thought too. But then the 2gb is still in the box. The guy was actually doing something on his table and memory cards are all over the place so i think he thought the 4gb should go into my desire or something. its a no biggie though, not like its 16gb or something

no just because of it os is new ... is really damn freaking boring phone ... now i love android ... n i buy android coz i wait he new upgrade (flash player 10.1) ...

Agree also, heard samsung update os very slow, even android os. But this is my 1st touch screen or smart phone, just scare not use to it. So far try samsung wave before, ok with the typing. But in Singapore, like no htc set for testing, not sure how the touch screen sensitivity...

Question: The HTC Desire from Maxis, comes with Android 2.1 right?

Because I read somewhere in the post, its only 1.9??

Dont know, just now I read somewhere, got 1.9 for Asia, and 2.1 for europe... Maybe i got confused....

What they mentioned was the firmware, not the Android OS version.
All desire running on Android2.1, firmware could be different between Asia and Europe set.

I used 485,740KB, which is well within 500MB and I need to pay RM125.50 for data ON TOP of the RM58. Siao ah!!

Inside my box there is another warranty card..
Do i have to send that as well ?? I heard some said I don't need to send the card.. just register using the website...
So wanna know the confirmation.. if no need send then at least i don't need to send it..
